Summary: Nested fixed position elements without specified top
                    have the wrong offset
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: New Bugs
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: jamesr at chromium.org

If a fixed position element is a child of another fixed position element but
does not specify an explicit top:, it appears that the parent's static offset
is applied twice.
