Eric, thank you for reviewing and I'm sorry for my slow reply.

Although I could not figure out what make stuck the test, 
But I understand that this fix is not essential and 
We need some discussion around Position/VisiblePosition design as Ryosuke
mentioned.
So I'll close this at this time.
