1. Navigate to the above page.
2. When prompted, enter the password "test".
3. After the page loads, grab the scrollbar on the right, and try to scroll the
page.

The scrollbar doesn't move.

Bugs occurs in Safari and Chrome on Windows. Does not happen in Firefox, IE, or
Opera.
