test case for scrollbar position reset with display: 'none'

I have similar problem (Mac 10.5, Chrome 5.0.307.11 beta, Safari 4.0.5
(5531.22.7)).
I created small test case which explains it better.

(problem is not in FF3.6, IEx also have also problems with this)
