Reproduced on r56431 with Flash Player 10.1 Beta 3 (MAC 10,1,51,95). It has
happened on several sites recently, the best of which must be
http://bit.ly/d8axf5 Pointer is lost instantly on DOM load there, no rollover
required. 

I've noticed it happens on sites that have Flash banners swapping the mouse
pointer. Mostly you can get the pointer back by rolling over the Flash banner
once more. Even so, for the above URL, this is not the case.
