Patch for this issue (rev8)

I've attached a new patch for this issue which includes the following
improvements:
    * Fixes for memory corruption issues in testkeyevents.c
    * In webkit_web_view_focus_out_event, only call gtk_im_context_focus_out if
the IM context is still valid.
    * Fixes for entering characters using the Amharic SCIM module and an
expanded comment explaining this.
