Example of position:relative flash on animation

Upon the animation of another element, a z-indexed, text-indented,
position:relative element flashes. The original flashing element was a page
header with an image background (the text-indent kept the text outside the
element). There are several minor elements that must be in place for this quirk
to surface. In the attached example, hover over the "hover me" element to see
the flash.
