As suggested in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35937#c17 , no need to
recompute the position each time we draw.
As suggested in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35937#c24 , no need to
recalculate the style in order to repaint.
