I see the issue with 4.5, but not with 4.6 and r55658 on Linux.
Only issues are 1) weird the placement of the "included with embed" text, and
2) repaint error when scrolling the "included as img" image back into view
(only happens with zoomFactor > 1). Once there are spin-offs for these two we
can close this bug.
