We had better add another flag to enable the check by parsers.
ENABLE_DOMTREE_MAXDEPTH seems to have performance regression and
performance-sensitive browsers won't enable it.
However the check by parsers won't have significant performance regression and
performance-sensitive browsers will enable it.
