+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #18662 +++

The core patch has landed (see
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18662#c74). THe Layout tests have not
landed though (see attachment https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=49076),
but two (r55577 and r55578).

I am cloning bug 18662 here to track the missing Layout Testes landing.
