Add support for LayoutTestController commands:
          setSmartInsertDeleteEnabled
          setSelectTrailingWhitespaceEnabled
          execCommand
          isCommandEnabled

        Add Qt-specific results for tests:

        editing/deleting/smart-delete-004.html
        editing/selection/5195166-1.html
        editing/selection/5195166-2.html

(These last are render tree tests and the only differences are minor
pixel/width differences)
