It *appears* that to reproduce this problem, you'll need the most recent version of Flash installed.

I saw a familiar "Domains, protocols and ports must match" message in the console log
that I had seen before (bug 38427) and since that problem was only seen
with the new version of Adobe Flash, I thought it might be related ...

As a test, I removed Flash and the problem disappeared with no Flash installed.
So, this most likely requires having the most current version of Flash installed to see the problem.
