SheriffBot should include builder/build urls in its bug comments

Example:
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/61712 might have broken GTK Linux 64-bit Debug

Should include either a link to the build, or at least to the builder.

This would be simple to add and would alleviate some confusion.  Not everyone knows where the bots are.
