bottom of chrome viewport is not refreshed and size is doesn't fit whole page

Viewport is not rendered correctly when coming from SSL error page (the red page "This is probably not the site you are looking for!") 

Part of the red page is still visible on the bottom of the page (see screenshot) and viewport size doesn't fit whole page. 

This is broken in DEV (6.0.427), havent't seen it in stable versions.
