To reproduce:

1. Add a user stylesheet in Safari's Advanced preferences that has the following rule: img { -webkit-transform: translateZ(0); }
2. Go to http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Performance/10FlickrExplorer/Default.html

The background of the page moves around like crazy while the initial animation is happening, and then moves around even more crazily as you zoom in and out of images and pan around.
