The frame displayed with the "What's New" tab under Yahoo Mail renders,
but then immediately goes blank.

I've also seen this broken behavior with stock Safari 5.0.
Problem also seen with the most recent build 61502.

The "What's New" tab works in build 59902, but broke starting in nightly build 60027.


Tested on Mac OS 10.6.4
