Steps to Reproduce (or follow the attached screenshots):

1. Attach some file with a Unicode filename (easiest method is probably Gmail or some other webemail account).
2. Right/Cmd click the file. Choose "Save linked file as..."
3. The OS's save as dialog doesn't display the proper filename.

Note:
--Occurs in Safari 5 for both Windows, OS X.
--Doesn't occur in the Chromium fork for both Windows, OS X.
