Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://www.ebparks.org/parks/cull_canyon
2. Click on trail map.
3. It grows a little, and a scale icon appears at bottom right.
4. Click the scale icon.

Expected results: maps scales proportionally to 100% (very large).
Actual results: height is increased, but width isn't.
