Summary: [chromium] Add new IPCs for querying platform
                    drag-and-drop and copy-and-paste data.
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML Editing
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: dcheng at chromium.org

The interface needs to be defined in WebKit first; the Chrome-side patches will come once this lands. With this new model, the data will only be pulled on demand.
For simplicity on Mac and Windows, we combine the two interfaces. This, unfortunately, doesn't help Linux out very much, but that's just how it is.
