This is a problem with developer.apple.com site that's being investigated by Apple. If you don't have WebkitAuxiliaryLibrary.zip that was downloaded by update-webkit before this problem started, then there is nothing to fall back to, and build fails.

Closing as INVALID, since problems with developer.apple.com aren't tracked in Bugzilla.
