reproduce

How to reproduce:
- Resize window to about 500x500
- Open reproduce HTML
- Mouse down somewhere on the text
- Drag mouse cursor (caret) to rightmost scrollbar

What to expect:
- Window start to scroll to right

Happens instead:
- No scroll happens.
