screenshot.  Firefox (correct) on top, Safari (incorrect) on bottom. 

menus aren't rendered correctly at bonuscashcenter.citicards.com.  see screenshot.  this issue is present in shipping versions of Safari and Chrome.  regression point (if there was one at all) is unknown.  looks right in firefox, but maybe this is actually a dev-side bug.
