We need to implement Transaction:

http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/IndexedDB/raw-file/tip/Overview.html#transaction

This interface has changed significantly due to 

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=9975

So we need to update the IndexedDB implementation to match the current spec first. Hence this bug depends on 42966.
