+1 for the export option.

HAR is an archive format - the whole point is to be able to archive a particular session.  Each browser has it's own way of loading resources, so having a common format for comparison and analysis is extremely useful.  HAR files can be loaded into other tools for analysis based on some custom ruleset, or entered into a database for tracking.
