Summary: [chromium] Linux scrollbar steppers are "clickable"
                    even when disabled
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Platform
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: estade at chromium.org

When the new scrollbar steppers are disabled (the scrollbar is all the way at the top or bottom of the track), they look disabled, but clicking them still makes them change color. This is contrary to the gtk themes the steppers try to emulate.
