I am not really sure as to how I can bring this up to those who work on it; however I did what I can by posting a post on the WhatWG forum: http://forums.whatwg.org/viewtopic.php?p=6053#6053

Thanks for clarifying Jeremy. I'll keep my eye on this and beg/harass/ask/annoy those who can put a conclusion to this.
