Sometimes typing characters into a contenteditable field adds the characters in the wrong location.

I've put up a reproducible test case at http://blankpage.ch/webkitbug1/

The problem occurs at least in Safari 5.0 (6533.16) on OSX and in QtWebKit on Linux and OSX.
