WebKit gtk build fails with following error with Libsoup 2.29.3 tar ball,

WebKit/gtk/webkit/webkitprivate.cpp:306: error: ‘SOUP_TYPE_CONTENT_DECODER’ was
not declared in this scope

(This is mentioned in http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/BuildingGtk page too).

Support for SoupContentDecoder was added in 2.28.2
(http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/libsoup/2.28/libsoup-2.28.2.news), but
for some reason support is not available in 2.29.3. Support got added again in
2.29.5
(http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/libsoup/2.29/libsoup-2.29.5.news).

It would be nice that, WebKit mentions the dependency of 2.29.5 version of
libsoup.
