               URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/page.html#page-break-props
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org

CC: hamaji at chromium.org, yuzo at google.com,

Implement CSS page-break-{before/after} with a value of 'avoid', which is
defined in http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/page.html#page-break-props

Currently, only a value of 'always' is supported in both bases.
