If a URL with and invalid scheme is requested after the network connection has
been closed the browser will not reconnect, attempt to load the URL or give any
indication that the URL entered is invalid.
To Reproduce:

Launch the browser with the keyboard open
Terminate the network connection
Return to the browser and enter a URL with invalid scheme (eg.
httq://www.yahoo.com)
Select the Go button
Note that while a status bar moves through the URL entry field, no connection
is made, no attempt is made to load the URL and no indication is given that the
URL is invalid.
