websocket/tests/websocket-event-target.html uses "ws://localhost:8000" as URL,
but it would cause some flakiness in some later test.
For example, chromium would catch "CONSOLE MESSAGE: line 0: Unexpected response
code:404" in next websocket-protocol-ignored.html.
