I agree with Jakub and Tor Arne. I'm okay with the concept, but I think
"isNativePluginMIMEType()" is a bit confusing, as usually "native" refers to
"native code" in this context (I would say).

Maybe a better way to distinguish between the two cases here is using
application provided plugins and system provided plugins?
