After http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/53187 landed, touchevevent tests fail.

fast/dom/prototype-inheritance.html:
-PASS inner.TouchEvent.isInner is true
-PASS inner.TouchEvent.constructor.isInner is true

fast/dom/Window/window-properties.html:
-window.TouchEvent [object TouchEventConstructor]
-window.TouchEvent.prototype [printed above as window.Event.prototype]

fast/js/global-constructors.html:
-PASS TouchEvent.toString() is '[object TouchEventConstructor]'
