I think this is a way away from happening.  The Snow Leopard bots aren't very
stable yet.  But this bug at least gives me a central place to relate all of
the snow-leopard flakey test bugs to so we can drive those bugs to zero and
eventually be able to depend on the Snow Leopard bot being green!
