This is not a bug per se, but that would be a nice feature to have.

I would not enable that be default but instead provide an API to know which
QWebElement is hovered by the mouse (signal
webElementHovered/webElementSelected(const QWebElement&)?). With this, any
browser could implement fancy effects for the hovered element.
