Looks like r55270 has a regression with word wrap in text areas.  Words don't
wrap (see the focus ring on attachment webkit-r55270-no-wrap.png), and when
submitted the text is unbreakable (see webkit-r55270-submitted-textarea.png,
where the comment from "Chris Adamson" was submitted with webkit r55270).
