A text-only test would definitely be preferable but I've drawn a blank on
implementing it - the test needs to detect the fact that an NPAPI plugin has
not been created but a Qt one has been created when pluginsEnabled is false. I
can't find any way of detecting that an NPAPI plugin has not been created in
text-only mode.
