Hi,
in order for embedders to use gelocation,
ChromeClient::requestGeolocationPermissionForFrame needs to be implemented.
There is also a need for embedder to tell a frame its geolocation object is
allowed. Therefore, after being notified it needs to set permission, embedders
may reply in asynchronously.
