After selecting text on a page, the blue selection area does not fully get
repainted, causing blue artifacts to be left on the screen.

This is very reproducible using a particular webpage with webkit nightly:

(1) Navigate to
    http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/browser.php

(2) Click on the "Frequent Questions" tab in the middle column of the page.

(3) Select a text range starting from "Frequently Asked Questions about
Comodo", and dragging down a couple paragraphs.

(4) Click anywhere else on the page to cancel the selection.

(5) Now we are left with blue artifacts on the page.
