STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.Load the webpage.
2.Under "Warnings & Forecats" select "Alaska" as state and click on GO button
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Browser does not load the results page.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Browser would load the "Watches, Warnings or Advisories for
Alaska " which is the results page for the criteria entered.

NOTE: This issue is reproducible on "Anomaly"
