You may want to consider adding DRT support for input methods (a la
/platform/mac/editing/input/text-control-ime-input.html i think).

The patch looks good to me, but i'm not really a gtk dev -- if xan or some
other gtk person thinks it's okay i'm happy to r+ this patch
