This page uses your browser's default encoding, because its charset is declared
wrongly. There is a large amount of <script> and <style> data, which is OK, but
then there's an <iframe>, which makes WebCore stop looking for charset
declaration (since this element cannot occur in <head>).

Content text comes from iframes, which do not have this problem.
