STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open any valid web page which contains some links. Ex: http://www.google.com
2) Long press on a link and move the cursor
ACTUAL RESULTS:
1. Should receive mouse move events

EXPECTED RESULTS:
1. Not receiveing any mosue move events.
