- Use case:
CSS2.1 8.5.1 Border-left-width using 'ex' units with a nominal value

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch QtLauncher.
2) Unzip contents of the test case.  
3) Load html page using QtLauncher.

- Actual outcome:
The two boxes are not same width.

- Expected outcome:
The two boxes should be same width.

Other info:
This bug is reproducible on Safari 4.0.4.
