It would appear that both environment variables WEBKITOUTPUTDIR and
WEBKITLIBRARIESDIR are set incorrectly.

WEBKITOUTPUTDIR was C:\home\cygwin\Leith which does not exist
("C:\home\cygwin\Leith Bade" does).
