Initial Patch

Note that there are build guards everywhere which prevent much of the new code
from running in versions of Qt prior to 4.7.
To build the QtMultimedia compatible code, you'll have to build and link
against a recent version of qt-multimedia
(git://scm.dev.nokia.troll.no/qt/qt-multimedia.git).
