STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load http://www.alanwood.net/demos/ent4_frame.html
2. Verify characters display
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Many symbols, mathematical symbols, and Greek letters (ex.: nabla, upsilon)
does not display
Both the numbers and the names of character entities are not well supported by
the browser

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Characters are displayed, at least when numbers of character entities are in
use.
