After fixing 33055 (DnD behavior in QtWebKit) and 33114 (DRT's leapForward
implementation) I am not sure how to proceed. If we set QWebView in DRT to be
visible, and we really move the system cursor with the mouse move events, DnD
layout tests pass. But of course we do not want to make these changes.
