repro case

Having horizontal padding and a border on a contenteditable element makes "enter" produce drawing artifacts. See attached repro case:

Expected: On enter, the caret moves down a line, and the element expands vertically.
Actual: Drawing artifacts, see attached screenshot.

Works fine in Ff3.6 and Ff4 beta.
